1. Availability & Booking

All photography packages are subject to availability. To confirm your booking, an advance retainer of INR 10,000 is required. This payment ensures your date is secured, as we operate on a strict first-come, first-served basis. Without the retainer, your booking is not guaranteed.

2. Payment Terms

- 80% of the total package cost must be paid before the first day of the shoot.

- The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final album and videos.

- We request timely payments to avoid follow-up reminders, as we believe in keeping all dealings straightforward.

3. Power Supply & Accommodation

Clients are responsible for arranging power supply at the venue for our lighting setup. Additionally, if required, accommodations for the team must be provided by the client.

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

Crystal Visual Media retains full copyright over all images and video footage. We may use select images/videos on our website and social media to showcase our work, but these will not be used for commercial purposes or sold to third parties. If you prefer not to have your images displayed, a higher fee will apply for photography/videography services.

5. Customized Packages

Answer: The number of photos depends on the package you choose and the length of coverage and number of photographers in the wedding. Typically, you can expect around 1500 photos in a wedding when there is one photographer present. I strive to deliver the fully edited images within one week after the wedding day. However we will be sending you some images for social media sharing right after the wedding.

Answer: Absolutely! I welcome any input you have and encourage you to share a shot list or specific poses you'd like. Some cases it may not be possible to mimic exactly the same poses provided by you due to various factors.
